Returns

If for any reason you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit.

We offer online store credit for all returns. All items must be returned to us with the Invoice and in original condition they were received. Returns are due to the warehouse within 30 days of order date and an online store credit will be issued once processed! Credit will be applied for the price of item minus any shipping and handling charges.

  • If an item arrives to you in a damaged condition, please contact us within 3 days of date of delivery to let us know. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We will then be in touch about the process to make this right. Once you receive instruction from us, the item must arrive back to our warehouse within 7 days of communication.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Online merchandise returned within 30 days of the shipped date
  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Must have original tags attached
  • Must be stain free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
  • Must be odor free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box (with no signs of wear)

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • ITEMS DISCOUNTED 50% OR MORE ARE A FINAL SALE
  • Beauty Products
  • Bodysuits
  • Items that have been exchanged 
  • Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Rae Griffin Boutique

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

If any item does not meet these guidelines, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued. The item will then be returned at the expense of the customer. All items must be returned to Rae Griffin within 30 days of the shipped date. Please include the original invoice and any notes (email or written) on why it is being returned.

  • Lost Packages: We recommend ensuring your package when sending it back. Rae Griffin is not liable for items that are lost while in-transit.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, please note the requested size on the invoice. Should the requested size be available, we will make the swap and send the new size out. If unavailable, we will issue credit to the website. Once an item has been exchanged, the item is now FINAL SALE.

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. 

Rae Griffin Boutique cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather or other service interruptions that affect mail being delivered.
We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.  Please make sure all information is correct and up to date.
